At this point in my life I have been burned so many times I am not looking for someone who won't meet me half way.

Its a small engineering company with 20 employees total and the only woman is the receptionist who is turning 65. I am so not into the bar scene (I need to quit drinking) and I have never been someone with lots of friends to introduce me to people.
