I really need help on how to decline his offer without sounding like a coward or any tips on how to parkour.

I was being honest with him and told him that I'm not the strongest but not weak either, that I can run, the it depends in situation if I'm brave or not, that I can't climb walls and of course I'm not scared of heights.
